63. Apparently, a commercial fishing boat snagged the
missile in its nets, brought it ashore, and dumped it there. How it could
have ended up in the nets is unclear, but surplus World War II bombs dumped
in the Baltic were known to have "floated" at a certain depth beneath the
surface, and eventually washed up on shore. That is, the missile may have
temporarily been acting like a submarine.
