Captain Casey Miner received an active duty commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps through the R.O.T.C. program at the University of Southern California in 1999.
CPT Miner is a graduate of the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and minors in History and Peace and Conflict Studies. He is also a graduate of California State University, Dominguez Hills, with a Masters of Arts degree in Negotiation and Conflict Management.
