If you are anticipating receiving summer funding from other departments, you should indicate it as such on the form and also contact your appropriate payroll administrator in that department.  This will help with the coordination of your summer compensation from multiple funding source.

The total compensation may not exceed 3/9th or 300%. 

NIH Cap amount for 2009 is $16,391.67/month.

IMPORTANT!

Are you expecting a Merit Increase this July?  If so, then please note that we have been informed that :  July 1 merit rate needs to be adjusted effective July 1 (not applicable to June, or prior to July 1).  If you are planning to receive summer compensation in June, you will be paid at 2008-2009 pay rate!
