General Meeting Basics

            Debra to make flyers. If not done by Thursday, Sara to take over.

Bret’s Report – PSSO very busy at the moment. Provided 2 names of professors as possibilities as speakers.

-If not with PSSO, Bret will check with the Political Science Department wants to co-sponsor it along with the History Department.

Jon asking Paul if that would be possible.

Nov. 16^th – Conference room open until 7p.

            Scheduling for 3:30p for discussion – Lecture or Panel Discussion?

Faculty Lunch – Dec. 2^nd with Prof. Terraciano

            Sara still seeking appointment with him.

            Conference room booked – looking into lounge availability.

Lunch with Prof. Ruiz – 22^nd/23^rd – time unknown

            Jon in contact – awaiting confirmation

Brandon – Email Jon minutes for web posting and also email minutes to board after every meeting.
