Grad School Seminars – How to make a CV, - General Grad School Stuff

Tentative date: Wed, Nov. 3. 2pm - Jon getting lounge or conference room and asking Paul about refreshments.

-Question and answer with Emily Musil, GHA president. – Sara in charge.

            Advertisements – Debra to make flyers.

-Grad Students Panel – How to get in, what it’s like, etc.

-From Professors’ prospective – McClendon - Prep/advice on personal statements, CV, letters of rec, etc.

-PUMP, McNair, Career Center to attend - Brandon getting in contact to schedule reps.

Jon checking into Teo Ruiz lecture.

Questions on lectures and lunches - We’d rather have less lunches and lectures in order to plan bigger and better quality ones

Sandwich board – how to get it/make it. – Sara and Bret in charge.

Bret – Asking Paul or Sue to change UHA flyer template

16^th or 17^th of November for Post Election Talk

            Co-program with PSSO – political science student organization

Lunch – do 1 and then we’ll see where it goes.

9^th week – Thursday, Dec 2 – McClendon? Mellor?
