Founded in 1921, Phi Alpha Theta
is the international history honors society. Our mission is to promote the study
of history through encouragement of research, good teaching, publication,
and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians. We attempt to
promote academic and social contacts among history undergraduates, graduate
students, and faculty.
