The second in a series of conferences on Historic Armenian Cities and Provinces was hosted by UCLA on Saturday, November 22, 1997. This conference focused on Armenian Taron/Moush and Baghesh/Bitlis, from antiquity to the twentieth century. The conference was organized by Professor Richard Hovannisian, Armenian Educational Foundation Chair in Modern Armenian History, in cooperation with the Grigor Narekatsi Chair.
